"We stumbled upon this when Awah Cafe was closed for a function.Few stalls here.We ordered from one of the bigger ones- D& C Juicy barbq.Food was delicious and service was fast.Only complain was the smoky environment..should install some suction fans.Price is reasonable .Will return to try their other dishes.Hidden gem."

"Terbaikkkkkkk. Good place to savour some local cuisine. Bbq Meats, Wild Veggies, and many more. Its Rumah Asap (Smoke House) style eatery and it can get pretty smokey. But they have large fans so its pretty windy. Enjoy your meal with a decent selection of beer."

"Remin Asuh is Smoke House in the Bidayuh dialect. According to Cecilia, the friendly lady boss, this is the first Bidayuh run Smoke House in Kuching. It is called Remin Asuh(rumah asap) because of the smoke generated by the grilling and cooking from the various stalls in the establishment. Foods that are served here all roasted/grilled pork belly, ribs, intestines, grilled fish, local vegetables etc. We ordered one of the kind roasted pork and grilled pork ribs. The roasted pork is crispy and yet juicy. The grilled pork ribs was well marinated and juicy. We also had one of the best stir fried midin(fern) with belacan and garlic. The stir fried bamboo shoot with midin was equally yummy. There are varieties of beer on sale at reasonable price. It will be even be better if tuak(rice wine) is available. The management can look into installing exhaust fan to reduce the smoke level in the restaurant. Had a very enjoyable meal and experience here. Will drop by again."
